Chief – Finance

Dianne Tomlinson-Smith assumed the role of Chief – Finance at JN Bank, effective January 2, 2025. She joined JN Fund Managers in 2020 as Consultant to the Finance team and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2021 to lead the brokerage, mutual funds’ and pension funds’ accounting units. She was seconded to JN General Insurance in March 2024 to lead the completion of the year-end audit and the generation of financial statements and reports.

Mrs. Tomlinson-Smith has over 30 years of experience in leading accounting and financial reporting teams and proven expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through financial management systems and implementation of process improvements.

She holds a BSc degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (FCA). Mrs. Tomlinson-Smith also holds the Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis credential (FPAC). She is a past Board member of the Students’ Loan Bureau and served as their Audit Committee Chair for four years.
