Given the impact of Hurricane Melissa, only the following JN Bank locations will open to the public:

- New Kingston branch
- Spanish Town branch
- UWI branch
- JN Premier on Belmont Road
- Knutsford Boulevard MoneyShop
- Tivoli Money Shop
Service at some locations will be limited based on the availability of staff. However, persons may continue to access cash and conduct transactions at most JN Bank and MultiLink ATMs, as well as use JN Bank LIVE online banking website and mobile app, JN Fund Managers Online, and JN Money Online for transactions.
We will shortly roll out our support programme for members to aid in their recovery.
