The inaugural Gates of Edgehill International Tour made its stop in Toronto on Tuesday, October 30 last year, offering potential buyers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to a slice of Jamaica’s North Coast.
The Gates of Edgehill is one of Jamaica’s newest, gated communities, overlooking the ocean, in St Mary, only minutes from Ocho Rios. The event, which was held at the Toronto Botanical Gardens, was hosted by comedian and actor, Oliver Samuels, with guest speaker Karl Subban. Mr Subban is a motivational speaker, educator and father of National Hockey League stars, PK Subban and Karl Subban Jr.
Patrons also saw presentations from Harrington Stephens, Manager, JN Canada Representative Office;Lloyd Wilks, Jamaica’s Consul General to Toronto, as well as representatives from the Jamaica Tourist Board and Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO).
Attendees also received a virtual tour of two model homes of the gated community and were provided with access to mortgage opportunities from JN Bank and exclusive incentives from other partners.
David Morrison of Morrison Financial, lead financiers of the development, said the property, which boasts 300 two and three bedroom units, is perfect for anyone who has “considered owning a piece – or another piece – of “The Rock” for retirement, as an investment, or for your ‘cottage’ in Jamaica”.
He said the community features a unique two-story clubhouse with state-of-the-art gym, cabana bar, infinity pool, multi-purpose court, outdoor grill, yoga sundeck, reading deck, library, conference room, arts and crafts area, jogging track, and more.
“Gates of Edgehill is resort-style living, on the hill and above the rest.”
The inaugural Gates of Edgehill International Tour was also held in New York on Wednesday, November 7 at the Antun’s and in London on Sunday, November 11 at Venues Victoria. The Gates of Edgehill is a preferred partner of JN Bank.
