Managing Director

Luwanna Williams was appointed managing director of JN Bank in September 2026.

Ms Williams is a senior financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience across wealth management, investment banking and financial regulation in the Caribbean. She previously served as President and CEO of PROVEN Wealth and was also employed at Jamaica National, JMMB Bank and the Bank of Jamaica.

Ms Williams is known for her ability to rapidly diagnose strategic and organisational issues. She combines strong commercial acumen with sound judgement resulting in effective decision-making outcomes. Her leadership style integrates organisational growth ambitions with regulatory rigour, disciplined capital allocation, and a strong focus on customer experience, investor relations, and reputational stewardship.

Ms Williams holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Banking and Finance from The University of the West Indies.
