We will be conducting maintenance on our core banking platform on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight.

As a result, the following will be unavailable during the period:

  • JN Bank LIVE Personal (via the website and mobile applications)
  • JN Bank LIVE Business website
  • Transactions via JN Bank Visa debit cards at ATMs and point-of-sale terminals

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we carry out this necessary exercise to enhance your user experience.

The following will not be affected:

  • Transactions via JN Bank ATMs
  • Transactions via JN Bank credit and magnetic stripe cards (JN Bank ATMs and MultiLink)
  • Transactions via JN Pay point-of-sale devices
  • Instant transfers via the JN Pay Wallet
