Complaints about the service you receive at JN Bank
 

To submit a formal complaint, please write to complaints@JNBank.com

We will acknowledge complaints received within 24 hours, or on the next business day, if received on the weekend or a public holiday. All concerns will be resolved within ten (10) business days.

If your complaint requires external intervention, we will resolve it within 20 business days. A member of the JN Team will keep you updated during that time.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint please send an appeal to your Member Ombudsman at Ombudsman@JNgroup.com
