Yes, our JN Bank LIVE app is available in the Google Play Store for Android users and the App Store for iOS users.
Who is able to use the JN Bank LIVE mobile app?
Once you are a JN member with an existing JN Bank LIVE Personal account, you can log into the mobile app. To register for JN Bank LIVE visit jnbslive.com and click ‘Register here’ in the top righthand corner of the home screen or, if using the app, click ‘Don’t have an account’ below the login button.
Will I be able to log into the JN Bank LIVE mobile app using my current login credentials for the website.
Yes, use the same username and password you use on the website to log into the app.
Can I access the mobile app using a JN Bank LIVE Business account?
No, the mobile app is for JN Bank LIVE Personal customers only. JN Bank LIVE Business customers will not be able to access it and should continue to log in via the website.
Can I log into the app using fingerprint or face ID?
Yes, you can log in using your fingerprint on Android devices or face ID on iOS devices.
How can I log in if I do not want to use fingerprint or face ID?
Although many people find it more convenient to log in using fingerprint and face ID, you don’t have to. You can continue to log into JN Bank LIVE Personal using your username, password and your one-time code/token via the Google Authenticator app.
What can I do if I skip setting up fingerprint and face ID during my first log in, but wish to set it up another time?
If you skip registering your fingerprint or face ID when you first log in to the mobile app, you can set it up later by going to ‘Settings’ in the app and turning on the biometric option.
What features on the website will I be able to access in the app?
You will be able to conduct most of your everyday transactions, such as:
- View account balances
- Transfers to JN and other local bank accounts
- Bill payments, including credit card payments
- Phone top-ups
Wire transfers, eStatements, credit card summary balances and self-service for username reminders and login password resets are currently not available but will be available in a future release of the app.
How can I be reminded of my JN Bank LIVE username or reset my login password now with the self-service feature not yet available via the app?
You can use the ‘Forgot Credentials’ feature on the website to retrieve your username or reset your password until the feature is made available via the mobile app.
What additional features does the mobile app offer?
The app offers biometrics, enables users to save preferences, set up quick access links for transfers and adjust the dashboard to view specific or all accounts.
