As part of efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce user errors during bill payments, Flow Jamaica (Cable and Wireless Communications) has announced a standardisation of the Flow Bill payment name on all collection agency platforms.
As a result, JN Bank has modified the Flow biller names on JN Bank LIVE Personal. Members who use JN Bank LIVE Personal to make Flow payments will see the following changes to the existing biller options:
Choose the Right Flow Account—Easily
- “Flow (formerly LIME)” is now “Flow 12-digit” – This option will accept only 12-digit Cable and Wireless account numbers.
- “Flow” is now “Flow 8-digit” – This option will accept only 8-digit Columbus Communications account numbers.
JN Bank wishes to advise members who previously saved the Flow biller options that the modifications will not affect their user experience, and no further action is required.
