What benefits do I earn with my JN Bank Visa Classic and Visa Gold credit cards?
Through My Rewards, you can redeem points for:
- Travel miles to book flights, hotel stays, and other travel-related expenses
- A virtual card that allows for global access to over 100 million merchants worldwide (including Amazon) and Automatic payments by adding a card, setting the maximum amount for your automatic payments, and combining your cards with your points when making purchases
You also earn cashback through the JN Rewards Redemption Portal.
How do I earn points with my JN Bank Visa Classic or Visa Gold credit cards?
You will earn J$1 for every US$1 (or the Jamaican equivalent) you spend using your JN Bank Visa Classic and Gold credit card. This applies to both local and international purchases. The more you spend with your card, the more points you’ll accumulate for the redemption of valuable rewards.
Do I need to sign up to start earning points?
Although all cardholders are automatically enrolled in Visa’s My Rewards, you must register for JN Rewards to begin earning points. Simply visit jnrewards.com to sign up now.
How soon after a purchase will points be available for redemption via the JN Rewards redemption portal?
Your points will become available six weeks after your purchase.
How do I redeem my points for cashback or other rewards?
You can redeem your points for rewards by logging into the JN Rewards redemption portal, jnrewards.com.
To redeem points through My Visa Rewards, you must first indicate your preference via the JN Rewards redemption portal. Once confirmed, the points will be transferred to My Visa Rewards, where they can be used for travel miles and other exclusive benefits. You can start redeeming points once you have accumulated 50,000 points, equivalent to J$5,000.
If you want to redeem points for cashback, you must indicate your preference via the JN Rewards redemption portal, and the cashback amount will be credited to your JN Bank Visa credit card by the end of the month.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no cap on how many points you can earn. The more you use your JN Bank Visa credit card, the more points they will accumulate. This provides you with the flexibility to maximise your rewards based on your spending habits.
Do JN Rewards points expire?
Yes, your JN Rewards points will expire after three years. We encourage you to redeem your points before they expire to avoid losing any earned value.
Can points earned on different JN Bank credit cards be combined or transferred?
Your points can be combined on the My Visa platform only.
What should I do if I encounter any challenge with redeeming my points?
If you experience any issue related to points earned or redeemed, go to the JN Rewards redemption portal or the JN Bank website to report the issue and await feedback. You may also call our JN Member Care Centre or use the ‘Alle’ chat feature in the My Visa Rewards app.
