About Us
The JN Representative Office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada was opened in 1991 following numerous requests from Jamaicans living in Canada, who maintained their relationship with the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS), for liaison services in Canada.
With the restructuring of JNBS as The Jamaica National Group and the launch of JN Bank on February 1, 2017, the JN Bank Canada Representative Office facilitates services, such as the opening of accounts, transactions, and changes to account details.

We have also implemented new opening hours at our Eglinton Avenue West location. As of Saturday, July 1, 2023, our hours of operation are Mondays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office remains closed on Sundays.
