As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your banking experience, we will be replacing several of our aged ATMs with newer models over the coming weeks. This upgrade will ensure faster, safer and more reliable service for you.

The first phase of the replacement is scheduled for May 2 to June 27, 2025.

This activity will result in temporary service disruptions to facilitate the retrofitting of the spaces for the new machines. However, the ATMs that will be impacted during this period are those in our branches, where alternatives are available.

Below is the schedule of activities and timelines:

For information on ATMs that are out of service and alternatives nearby, please visit the ATM/Branch Locator section on our website at www.jnbank.com. If you require further assistance, please contact our Member Care Centre at 888-991-4065/ 4066/ 4067 or speak to a branch representative.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our service infrastructure to serve you better.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support to JN Bank.
