Mortgage facilities are generally structured to be fully repaid by age 70, in accordance with the Bank’s lending criteria and applicable credit policies. The maximum standard loan term is 40 years; however, the approved tenure may be shorter based on the applicant’s age, income profile, and overall credit assessment. -
National Housing Trust (NHT) Benefits
Where applicable, NHT benefits and contributions will be applied in accordance with National Housing Trust regulations and will be factored into the final pre‑approval assessment and calculations, subject to verification and eligibility. -
Validity of Supporting Documentation
Supporting documents submitted as part of this application are subject to validity periods. Should any document expire prior to the completion of the pre‑approval review or processing, applicants may be required to submit updated documents before further consideration.
