Mrs McIntosh explained that as financial solutions provider, the JN Bank Representative Office has a regulatory responsibility to maintain current information on all its customers and members.

She said to update your information, members should have the following:

  • Taxpayer registration number such as SIN, NIN (whichever is applicable)
  • Reference letter from your financial institution in your country of residence
  • Letter stating purpose and reason for opening account with JN Bank
  • Proof of current permanent address (two types)
